Deactivating your coworkers means that they will no longer participate in providing feedforward suggestions and submitting Pulse surveys.
To deactivate a coworker:
Go to “My Journey”
Click on “Coworkers”
Click on “Edit"
Click “Deactivate”
Click “Yes, deactivate”
The coworker will be removed from the Coworker list and added to the “Deactivated Coworkers”
To reactivate a coworker:
Go to “Deactivated Coworkers”
Click on the three dots icon to display more options
Click “Reactivate”
Click “Yes, reactivate”
By reactivating a coworker they will be receiving notifications to participate in providing feedforward suggestions and submitting the Pulse surveys. Please inform your coworker in person before reactivating them.
